The success of Instapower has been conceived and executed by some of the best minds of the nation. Our Board of Directors comprises of eminent personalities having years of experience in their own field. They are visionary and have abilities to set higher standards in the industry.

Chairman A known expert in the area of Civil Engineering and the topper of the prestigious Thomson College of Engineering (now IIT-Roorkee), he has been involved in major construction activities that took place between the years 1955-1979. He retired as Director General (CPWD), which is the highest position in Engineering Services in India. He also held the position of the Managing Director of NBCC and President of Indian Roads Congress.

Managing Director A dedicated entrepreneur since the time he graduated from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT-Delhi). He established the first computer center in Delhi in the year 1980 at a cost of US$0.5 million and got involved in data processing and software development for eight years. The idea of setting up Instapower was conceived in the same period.

Director Operation Abhijit Rai is an Electrical Engineer from Purdue University, West Lafayette, USA. He presently looks after all the Technical and R & D functions at Instapower.

Director Marketing & Finance Satyajit Vaish completed his Bachelors in Business Administration from Amity Business School, Noida. He presently looks after all the Marketing & Commercial functions at Instapower.
